Sip-Italy is a market leader in the production of industrial sewing machines for jeans and trousers. With over 40 years of history, Sip-Italy's automatic machinery is sold worldwide. Thanks to the exponential growth achieved over the years and the consequent increase in orders, Sip-Italy needed a major reorganization and optimization of its warehouse: the shelves containing items for production were beginning to take up more space than that reserved for assembly lines. In response to this need, the first ONO Lean Logistics Module was installed in 2018, followed by the second and third Modules in 2019. Completing the installation, the fourth Module arrived in 2020: in this way, Sip-Italy gradually achieves the storage and optimization goals required.

Following the business growth trend, ONO Lean Logistics adapted the layout of the ONO automatic warehousing system to the customer's needs, expanding its capacity over the years. Furthermore, the position of the loading/unloading bays has been modified several times to accommodate the changing needs of the merchandise supply flow required by the assembly lines: this way, the material reaches the desired points, eliminating unnecessary operator movements.
