Why did you choose to install ONO?

"We are a very dynamic and rapidly growing company. Business management often requires speed, which translates into the need to quickly obtain certain information. We urgently needed to centralize the management of spare parts (we are talking about hundreds of plastic press machines stored in the warehouse). The ONO Modular Vertical Warehouse put us in a position to facilitate and structure the production processes: the entire company's framework has benefited from it."

In what way exactly?

"Let me explain better. In addition to speeding up processes and making information more readily available, we have also optimized resource allocation. Now, thanks to ONO, a single operator can serve multiple production lines promptly."

If I'm not mistaken, a specific request arose during the process, right?

"After a few months of use, we realized that the ONO UI interface was positioned incorrectly given our flow of movements. So we asked ONO to reconsider the location of the HMI panel and to move it to the opposite side of the bay, in a position that would further facilitate its use by our operators without interfering with the movement of goods.

This demonstrates how the ONO staff is ready to listen to the customer and accommodate any needs that may arise."

Since you installed ONO, you have a beautiful forest in production...

"DAKOTA is a company active in the field of eco-sustainability, so we decided to customize the livery with an image reminiscent of a forest, as a symbol of respect for the environment and sustainable growth.

We greatly appreciated the possibility of customizing the external panels of the ONO Vertical Warehouse and being able to beautify and lighten the work environment for our collaborators. As you know, in a beautiful environment, work is even better! Now, in production, among the various presses, we have a design element that is truly pleasant to the eye."
