Stella Group SpA was established in 2021 through the merger of two companies: Stelbi Spa, founded in 1991, and Weiss-Stern Srl, founded later in 1996, both located in Farra di Soligo (TV).

Stelbi SpA, whose logistics headquarters hosts the new ONO Lean Logistics Modular Warehousing system, is a thirty-year reference point for professionals in the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, heating/cooling systems, and thermal solar industries.

Weiss-Stern Srl specializes in supplying shower enclosures, sanitary ware, and faucets, with the end customer being bathroom furniture retailers and showrooms, offering a complete range of products distinguished by the quality of materials and refined design.

Stelbi Spa spans a total area of ​​22,000 square meters and is structured in two warehouses: one for goods storage and the other operational. The logistics of the latter features an ONO Lean Logistics Modular Automatic Warehousing system, chosen to replace four outdated vertical warehouses, deemed obsolete and no longer aligned with the company's growing logistical needs.

The decision to adopt an ONO Lean Logistics system was driven by the need to modernize the company's logistics. This strategic choice was dictated by the increasing demand for more efficient logistics, capable of adapting to the changing market needs.

The new scalable ONO system, installed in 2022, consists of six ONO3 model Modules, with the final layout dimensions as follows:

• Length: 18 meters

• Depth: 3 meters

• Height: 5 meters

Thanks to the international patent distinguishing ONO Lean Logistics systems, the six Modules are interconnected, allowing for agile drawer exchange within the entire system.

In response to Stelbi Spa's specific needs, the system was designed with only two External Front Bays at double level. This optimized configuration allows for the management of the entire stock contained within the six Modules, significantly reducing the time and space required for loading/unloading operations. Thanks to this tailored solution, the company has achieved significant benefits, including significant time and space savings, reduced operator movements, and the ability to perform picking and storage activities simultaneously.

The decision to adopt ONO systems was driven by several distinctive features that align perfectly with Stella Group's needs and values. Among these are the high-quality design that harmonizes with the company's aesthetic taste, the system's modularity allowing for future expansion, the ease of integration with internal management software, and the high level of customization, both from a software and hardware perspective.

The strategic positioning of the system was carefully studied, currently located in a central position that facilitates logistical operations. However, it was also designed considering the possibility of future expansion, in line with the growing needs of Stelbi Spa. This will allow the company to flexibly adapt to market developments and ensure optimal efficiency over time.
