When a customer decides to adopt the world's first Production and Logistics Server system, the ONO Lean Logistics modular systems, they already know that they can be quickly integrated into their ICT management infrastructure, which is not always the case in many other instances.

This should be the case for any device declared "compliant" with the rules of the National Transition Plan 4.0, but often it is not, and customers are surprised at the last minute. We have solved this situation!

The burden of connecting different computer systems, if not properly supported, is heavy for those managing the ICT infrastructure of a customer adopting a 4.0 asset. The hours of code for integration and the standard costs of a specialized technician are indeed high.

We know this well, we have supported them for many years too. Enough now! We are in the computer age and ignorance should not be a reason for speculation.

The technical effort by our IT division, and in particular by the Telecommunications Team, was to find a way to facilitate and reduce the work of the customer's management software providers, providing them with innovative techniques such as sets of APIs (for real-time data exchange) and Boundary Tables that ONO provides in packages in the supply.

ONO/UI 4.0 - CODE

Part of the code produced by our ICT team. ONO UI relies on the skills of its technicians to create software, apps, or utilities for our customers, always up-to-date and in line with the times.

The integrability ranges from SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, AS/400, ORACLE, Zucchetti, to all minor management software (about 3000 in Italy), to MES, KanBan, and WMS systems.

With a few hours of training included in the supply, any good client-side technician will be able to connect their software to the ONO/OS operating system, to certify the correct exchange of data and ensure the expected tax benefits to the customer.

In addition to this, ONO Lean Logistics offers the possibility of activating 4.0 integration requirements by providing proprietary management software ONO/WMS that reduces corporate integration time to just 5 minutes, complying with the 4.0 legal provisions and leaving time for the customer for a broader sharing of information with different corporate systems.

ONO/UI 4.0 - SCREEN

ONO UI is completely user-friendly software. After a few minutes of use, you will be captivated by its ease of use. Software for everyone.

ONO/WMS is in fact a layer of software that stands between ONO Lean Logistics Modules and corporate systems, by itself it allows all information management, statistics, rules, alerts, registers, accesses, and concessions.

ONO/WMS is provided with an unlimited number of licenses and can be used from the office or remotely, without limitations and without necessarily having to be close to the physical ONO Lean Logistics systems. It is the gateway for any other software that customers want to connect.

Our Telecommunications Team technicians are therefore able to guide client-side colleagues in a short time, instruct them, and follow them step by step in integration operations, arriving at a solution very quickly.

We provide customers with virtual Server and Database in PROCESS TEST mode even before working directly with ONO machines. This allows activation, in parallel with mechanical assembly activities, of ICT integration activities so that economic values that the National Transition Plan 4.0 (formerly Industry 4.0) makes available can be deducted from the time of delivery!
